Physiotherapy / Physical Rehab
Occasionally, conditions require additional therapies to help alleviate problematic symptoms during the acute/initial phase of care. These include but are not limited to: Electrical Muscle Stimulation, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot/Cold Therapy and Traction.
How these therapies are used
Physiotherapy modalities support the early phase of care by helping calm irritated tissues, ease muscle tension and prepare the body for adjustment. They are always used as part of an individual care plan, never as a one-size-fits-all routine.
The modalities we offer
Electrical muscle stimulation, trigger point therapy, hot and cold therapy, and traction. Dr. Simon selects the combination that suits your stage of care and reviews progress at each visit.
